1. What is available from stock?
Common self-regulating cables, junction boxes and thermostats are held in stock. Stock items ship within a few working days.
2. What is the lead time for custom items?
MI cable and custom insulation boxes are made to order, typically 15-25 days depending on quantity and specification.
3. What is included in the quotation?
Cable, accessories, control equipment, documentation and freight are listed separately so the scope is clear. Certification packs are supplied at no extra cost.
4. Do you quote in USD or EUR?
Both. For export orders we quote FOB or CIF as required.
