1. What is the warranty period?
Our standard warranty is 12 months from delivery for the complete system, subject to correct installation and use. Extended terms are available for project contracts.
2. What are the most common faults?
Moisture ingress at the cold lead termination, mechanical damage to the jacket during installation, and incorrect thermostat setting. All three are avoided by following the installation manual.
3. Do you supply spare parts after the project?
Yes. We keep records of each project bill of materials and can supply matching cable, terminations and accessories for maintenance.
4. Do you provide commissioning support?
Yes. We provide installation and commissioning instructions, and on-site support for larger projects on request.
