1. Can I get the technical specification first?

Provide the proposal and technical parameters, and note the delivery time so the customer can plan. Do not push for a purchase order before the technical side is settled.

3. The pipe is very small - will the sensor fit?

We supply surface-mount Ex-proof sensors. They are clamped to the pipe wall and do not need to be inserted into the pipe.

Wrapping is possible, but without insulation the heat is lost to the environment and the required temperature cannot be maintained.

5. We have strict requirements - who will handle the technical side?

Ask for the technical contact, the size of the engineering team and reference projects, then offer a technical call.

6. Can you match the specification of the brand we used before?

Yes - comparable temperature class, output and certification. We also supply the accessories (terminations, junction boxes, thermostats) so the whole system is from one supplier.

7. Your price is higher than the local supplier

Compare the certified scope: cable, terminations, junction boxes, thermostat and certification pack. A lower headline price often excludes accessories that later become change orders.

8. How long is the delivery time?

Common self-regulating cable and accessories are in stock and ship in a few working days. MI cable and custom insulation boxes are made to order, typically 15-25 days.

9. Will you provide the certificate for the project?

Yes. We issue ATEX / IECEx / CE / UL / EAC certificates, datasheets and the heat loss calculation for consultant approval.

10. What if it fails after installation?

Standard warranty is 12 months for the complete system. The most common failure - moisture at the cold lead - is avoided by following the installation manual, and we supply matching spare parts.
